How do I order online?
The process is quick and easy. You simply begin adding items to your cart with the click of your mouse. Upon completion of the transaction an order summary will be sent directly to you via email.

Will my credit card number be safe?
Absolutely. We use industry-standard secure-server technology to encrypt all information gathered from our customers at the time of purchase. What this means is that your information is encoded and is unreadable while it routes to our server.

Is this an auto ship program or do you bill my credit card monthly?
You can rest assured that Lazarus Labs never does any auto ship programs or auto-billing of any kind. When you are ready to order again, simply visit this website and place your order online, or if you prefer, call our Customer Service Center Toll-Free (US & Can) at 1-855-955-5535 to place your order over the phone.

What if I’m not at home to accept my order?
UPS and U.S. Postal Service delivery drivers do not require a signature at the time of delivery and may leave the package at your destination if they deem the area safe. It is up to the discretion of the driver to determine if a signature is required at the time of delivery.

Can I ship to a military APO/FPO address?
Yes. We send orders designated for military use to P.O. boxes via United States Postal Service. Please note that for military location delivery, in addition to regular delivery time, you will have to wait for the military to forward the package to you.

When indicating your military shipping address, please enter the following information:

* “APO” or “FPO” followed by a comma and your “state” abbreviation (AE, AP or AA) will be your “Billing City”
* “California” or “New York” will be your “Shipping State”
* ZIP Code will begin with either 0, 9, or 3

Do you ship to international addresses?
We do ship orders to international addresses, including to APO/FPO addresses. Customs of some countries may put an unexpected delay on the delivery of your order that we will have no control over; please allow extra time for your package to pass through Customs. Certain countries do not allow shipments of this type of product to be imported. Those countries names may not show up on our order form. At this time, Australia, Germany and Italy do not allow us to ship our products; the orders could be confiscated by Customs and no refund will be allowed.

At Lazarus Labs we have no way of knowing what is legal in each country. Often, even some products that are safe, and accepted in the USA, and even a child can buy, are not allowed in some countries (like Advil or One-a-Day Vitamins). If you order products from us that are not accepted by Customs in your country and Customs either seizes the products or destroys them, or returns the products to us destroyed, the loss is the customers and not Lazarus Labs. If Customs telephones you and tells you that you have an order, you may decide to tell them it is not your order rather than accept the product and the problems that may go with acceptance. There is no refund for seized or refused orders.

Returns from Customs: If the product is undamaged, we can re-ship to you again, if you pay the re-shipping cost. However, if the product is damaged or opened we cannot reship, and it is a loss.

How long does it normally take to receive my order?
It normally takes 24 hours after your order is submitted to get the order approved and ready for shipment, and then 2 “business days” in transit (not counting Sat or Sun or U.S. Holidays). Most United States orders are shipped via UPS.

International orders normally take 10 to 14 “business days” in transit (not counting Sat or Sun or U.S. Holidays). International orders are shipped via USPS.

What if I don’t receive an email confirmation of my online or phone order?
If you have not gotten your order confirmation via email, please check your spam or junk mail; many times they get placed there in error. If you still can’t locate the email, please contact us via email so we can send you a replacement email at: or call us Toll-Free (US & Can) at 1-855-955-5535.

Do you offer a free trial or sample of your product Phentramin-d®?
We do not offer any samples of our Phentramin-d® product. The main reason we do not offer “trial sample size” containers, is that for most people, it takes 4 to 6 weeks to really get the full effects of our product. Remember, Phentramin-d® is not “a miracle diet pill”, but rather a tool to assist you in your weight loss by helping you to eat healthy and be good to your body. The smallest size we have is the 1 month supply for $67. This is rather inexpensive compared to protecting your health and well being. Most people admit they spend more than $2 a day or $15 a week on “junk food” or dining out.

What are the side effects from Phentramin-d®?
The two main side effects of Phentramin-d® are increased energy and decreased appetite. In general, you should not have any adverse side effects while taking Phentramin-d®. Occasionally a customer will complain of dry mouth or slight nausea. If this occurs, please increase your water intake to at least 64 ounces per day and take the Phentramin-d® with your meal instead of 20 minutes before the meal.

As with all supplements, it is advised that you speak with a health care professional before taking any of our products.

What is your Return and Refund Policy?
All sales are final. You may not request a refund or cancel your order once your order has been processed for shipment. No refunds are given if you change your mind and decide not to take the product or if it is your physician’s opinion that you should no longer take the product. If you have mistakenly provided an incorrect address and your order was shipped to that address, you will not receive a refund. We do not honor refunds if the customer refuses delivery.

I wanted to know if it was safe for people with high blood pressure and would it be safe.

Gwen – Phentramin-d is not recommended for people with high blood pressure because it contains stimulants that will increase blood pressure. Please discuss using this product with your doctor before you purchase it.
