T6 Fire Storm is a thermogenic fat burner created by Extreme Labs. It has been designed to super-charge a person’s metabolism and is marketed as a dietary supplement for weight management. It claims to help users enhance their metabolism, provide them with support while they reduce their calorie intake and helps them to achieve a more toned and chiseled physique.

Each capsule contains the following ingredients: Caffeine Anhydrous, Yerba Mate Powder, Green Tea Extract, Bioperine, Capsicum, Taraxacum Officinate Extract, and a QuadVit Blend (Vitamin B12, Vitamins B6, Vitamin B5, Vitamin B1.

Based on the above ingredients, it is clear that this fat burner contains several ingredients that can help increase alertness and possibly boost energy (ex. caffeine, yerba mate and green tea), which could be beneficial in helping a person get the most out of their exercise and increase fat burning. There are also several vitamins and yerba mate contains antioxidants, all of which may provide an overall health benefit. Capsicum is a thermogenic and may help to burn fat by using energy to heat up the body, while bioperine can increase the bioavailability of nutritional compounds, which can help the body better absorb ingested nutrients. Finally, taraxacum (dandelion) is a mild diuretic, which may help to reduce water retention.

All that said, there is no research that proves using any of these ingredients or using T6 Fire Storm will lead to or assist in weight loss.

Users are instructed to take 2 capsules per day with a large glass of water, on an empty stomach, 30 minutes before breakfast. Users can also take 1 more capsule 30 minutes before their workout, if they desire. The maximum daily dose for T6 Fire Storm is 3 pills per day. The manufacturer strongly recommends that users assess their tolerance of this supplement when they first begin taking it, by starting with only 1 capsule per day.

This supplement contains caffeine and other ingredients containing caffeine, including yerba mate and green tea. Due to the this fact, individuals who have sensitivities to caffeine should avoid taking this product as taking it increases the risk of certain unpleasant side effects including insomnia, rapid heartbeat, jitters, digestive upset, headache, anxiety and so on. Even individuals who tolerate caffeine well should avoid ingesting other caffeinated products, when taking T6 Fire Storm, to reduce the risk of negative side effects, and should also avoid taking a dose too close to bedtime to decrease the risk of disrupted sleep.

Prior to taking T6 Fire Storm, it would be wise to discuss your intentions with your healthcare provider.
