PhenQ review

PhenQ is an over the counter diet pill that uses several ingredients to provide dieters with a range of benefits within a single pill. The website claims that its ingredients ensure that a dieter will experience several effects that will lead to faster, easier weight loss results. These benefits include increased fat burning, appetite suppression, a cessation in body fat production, enhanced energy and even an improved mood.

This is one of a large number of products on the market that are named in a way that suggests that they can be compared to – or are an alternative to – prescription Phentermine (Adipex).

The benefits combination from PhenQ is supposed to make it easier to eat less, burn more and stay motivated to keep going. At the same time, it also meant to prevent the body from working against you through fat gain. Whether or not it can actually accomplish all these benefits is another story.

Before starting the use of PhenQ, it’s a good idea to speak to a doctor and to look into each of the ingredients in the formula. That way, you will be better informed as to what you can truly expect, whether the ingredients are known to be safe for use over time, what types of side effects could occur and how you can best use this product with an overall weight loss strategy.

At the time of the writing of this review, the ingredients within this formula was made up of: 625 mg of calcium carbonate, 150 mg of caffeine anhydrous, 142.5 mg of L-carnitine fumarate, 25 mg of alpha-Lacy, 20 mg of nopal, 10 mg of magnesium stearate, 8mg of capsicum extract, 5 mg of Sipernat 225 (silicon dioxide), 4.5 mg of niacin powder, 3 mg of piperine extract and 80 mcg of chromium picolinate.

From that formula, it is primarily the caffeine anhydrous and the capsicum extract that would provide the user with any benefit at all, as well as the piperine that helps to boost the absorption of those ingreidnets. That said, aside from the caffeine anhydrous, none of the ingredients have been sufficiently researched to be deemed both safe and effective by the medical community.

Equally, the amount of caffeine in this product means that many users will likely experience side effects. It is about the equivalent to taking a cup and a half of coffee as a shot, all at once. This can lead to anxiety, jitters and other unwanted symptoms.

Every bottle of PhenQ contains 60 pills. At the time of this review, the official website was selling this product for $89.95 per bottle (on sale from the full price of $109.95). Considering the ingredients in this product and that similar options are available for notably cheaper, it is difficult to come up with any reason to buy this expensive product instead of a less costly and more proven option.
