NUTRAFX Fluid Fighter is a water weight loss pill. More specifically, it is a dietary supplement that is composed of herbal diuretics to fight water retention and retain electrolytes. It has been formulated with natural ingredients to help users rapidly shed excess water to rid the body of unwanted subcutaneous fluid.

Vitamin B6, Potassium, Buchu Leaves, Uva Ursi Leaves, Parsley Leaves, and Burdock Root were the ingredients in the NUTRAFX Fluid Fighter formula when this review was written. Three (3) capsules make up one (1) serving size.

The directions that are listed for the product on the manufacturer’s official website were conflicting. One direction says for uses to take 1-2 capsules, 3 times daily with food, while another states that users should take three capsules with 16 ounces of water, twice per day and should drink 6 – 8 glasses of water per day as well. This second instruction is the one that has been printed on the label.

It’s conflicting directions aside, in terms of efficacy, there is a good chance that this product will function as a diuretic. What this means is that you are likely to eliminate more water form you body through frequent urination. Uva ursi, buchu leaves, parsley leaves and burdock root are all diuretic ingredients. As for Potassium, this vital mineral helps to ensure that while you’re eliminating all that water from your body, you don’t deplete your potassium levels, helping to keep up your electrolytes.

Although you are likely to lose water while taking NUTRAFX Fluid Fighter, don’t expect any real weight loss to occur. Yes, you might drop a few pounds for a little while and have less of a bloating appearance but weight caused by water and weight cause by fat are not the same. Moreover, your water weight is always in a state of fluctuation and you will regain what you have lost, even when taking diuretics.

Additionally, diuretics are not without negative side effects. While the added potassium may help you to decrease your chances of low potassium levels, you may still run into other complications like low sodium levels, headache, dizziness, thirst, muscle cramps and increased blood sugar.

Ultimately, remember that if you want to lose excess weight and achieve measureable weight loss, you need to follow a calorie-conscious diet and engage in regular exercise. Don’t make the mistake of thinking that NUTRAFX Fluid Fighter will help you shed fat.
