Napsil is a dietary supplement that claims it can aid in fast and safe weight loss and provides over 16 additional health benefits including stimulating the body’s immune system, reducing migraine pains, and protecting against digestive problems.

According to the official product page, Napsil will allow you to “eat your meals with peace of mind.” The diet pill supposedly regulates the amount of food you taken in via appetite suppression. Although you will eat less, you will not deplete your body of essential vitamins and minerals that are required to keep your body functioning healthy. It increases metabolism, cuts out the desire to indulge and will help you burn fat faster.

How does Napsil aim to achieve these goals? Its all-natural formula contains three active ingredients: Cha de Bugre, Green Tea Leaf and Guarana. Each of these ingredients are commonly used in over-the-counter weight loss aids and are often touted by manufcatureres in the weight loss industry for being safe and effective for individuals seeking to shed fat.

Cha de Bugre is a said to help reduce a person’s appetite naturally without causing unpleasant side effects. It is also believed to help rid fat in the belly, abdominals, back and thighs as well as reduce cellulite. Green Tea is believed to safely increase metabolic rate and stimulate the immune system. Guarana is thought to speed up metabolism, enhance energy levels as well as lower intestinal gas and diarrhea.

Sufficient research has shown that a certain amount of green tea can boost metabolic rate. There has also been sufficient evidence to prove that caffeine, which can be found in Guarana, can improve mental alertness and raise energy levels, which may prove beneficial for workouts as it may help to boost fat burning. That being said, simply because these ingredients can help enhance fat burning, this doesn’t necessarily mean that they will lead to weight loss. The bottom line: Napsil is an unproven weight loss aid. Taking it will not guarantee that you will shed fat.

Furthermore, while the official product page for Napsil claims that the product is safe, this is also not entirely true for all users because the formula contains stimulants. Individuals who take this product and have sensitivities to stimulants will be at an increased risk of experiencing adverse effects such as insomnia, jitters, headache, rapid heartbeat, increased blood pressure etc. Even those who don’t have sensitivities increase their risk of experiencing these effects if they take the pill late in the day or ingest foods or beverages throughout the day that contain caffeine (ex. coffee, tea, cola, etc.).

Users are instructed to take 1 capsule each morning with 8 ounces of water and a second capsule with another 8 ounces of water in the early afternoon. Users are cautioned not to exceed 2 capsules in a day.

If you think Napsil may fit in nicely with your current weight loss regimen, speak with your healthcare provider about your plans to make sure that this is the right product for you.
