Garcinia Cambogia with 95% HCA is an ultra pure complex designed for weight management. It is manufactured by Felixis Lab. The promises linked to this particular over-the-counter (OTC) diet pill are that it will suppress your appetite, provide fast and maximum weight loss results and it is a potent fat burner. This product is non-stimulating and is meant to be used in conjunction with a healthy diet and exercise.

Each serving (1 veggie capsule) contains Potassium (35 mg), Calcium (35 mg), Chromium (140 mg), Garcinia Cambogia Extract Complex containing 95% HCA (Hydrocitric Acid) (700 mg). Users are instructed to take 1 veggie capsule twice per day. No more than 2 pills should be exceeded in a 24 hour period. For best results the manufacturer recommends that capsules should be taken 20 – 20 minutes prior to a meal with 8oz of water or as directed by a doctor. Users are also told that in order to achieve desired results it is important to take Garcinia Cambogia for a minimum of 4 weeks.

The key ingredient in this formula, Garcinia Cambogia, is one of the most touted herbs in the weight loss industry. It is used for weight loss, for boosting exercise performance, alleviating joint pain, increasing bowel movements as well as for treating parasites. Some research suggests that garcinia cambogia may prevent the storage of fat, help to control appetite and increase exercise endurance. That being said, there is insufficient clinical research to prove that the herb can actually cause any of the positive effects for which it has been praised. Further study needs to be conducted to determine its true benefits for weight loss or lack thereof.

Another promise made about Garcinia Cambogia with 95% HCA is that it is “100% pure with no side effects”. While it may very well be 100% pure, unfortunately this product cannot live up to the claim that it will cause no side effects. Although it may not cause side effects related to stimulants, this doesn’t mean it is without adverse effects. Every supplement – no matter how pure, natural or gentle – has the potential to negatively affect those who take it, even if it only causes this reaction to a select few.

Although typically not serious, the most common adverse effects associated with garcinia cambogia include nausea, headache and digestive discomfort.

Prior to taking Garcinia Cambogia with 95 HCA, you should first speak with your medical practitioner, especially if you are currently taking any other medications, have a medical condition or are pregnant or nursing.
