FitPal is a metabolism booster that can help you burn fat and suppress your appetite fast, at least this is what HealthyWiser – the company behind the product – claims it can do. More specifically, FitPal supposedly helps to boost metabolism, burn fat, suppress appetite and function as a herbal detox.

These effects are achieved via the help of the FitPal formula. At the time that this review was written, the formula was composed of these ingredients: Green Coffee Bean, Raspberry Ketone, Garcinia Cambogia, Caffeine Anhydrous and Green Tea. There is 130 mg of each of these ingredients in a single serving size of the formula, which is equal to 1 veggie capsule.

The suggested use for this product is to take 1 capsule 30 – 60 minutes prior to meals. No more than 2 capsules should be exceeded in a 24 hour period. For optimal results, FitPal should be combined with a healthy diet and regular exercise.

According to the product label, all of the ingredients in the formula work together to help promote weight loss by curbing cravings, blocking fat storage and detoxing and flushing away toxins.

Green coffee bean, green tea and caffeine anhydrous can help boost metabolism and maximize fat burning when combined with physical activity. Raspberry ketones is believed to be a potent antioxidant and some research suggests that in addition to helping suppress appetite, garcinia cambogia may also prevent the storage of body fat.

Although there is no guarantee that taking FitPal will lead to any measureable fat loss, it may help to enhance energy levels, which could complement a healthy exercise regimen. Still, with that in mind, this product does contain caffeine anhydrous as well as ingredients containing caffeine, such as green coffee bean and green tea. While the inclusion of these stimulants may certainly aid in boosting metabolism, this doesn’t mean that taking them may be ideal for you or even safe.

The reason is that stimulants, like caffeine, are linked to certain adverse side effects, such as insomnia, restlessness, anxiety, upset stomach, headache, rapid heartbeat, heart palpitations, high blood pressure, etc. If you have a sensitivity to caffeine or any other stimulants, you should consult your doctor before taking this product.

What’s more, prior to taking FitPal, you should also consult with your healthcare provider if you are taking any medications, currently have a health condition or are pregnant or nursing.
